How to Update the ShineTrust 4.0 Version
After logging in, a notification update window will appear like below:
Step 1: Update Data
Update certain data to be compatible with version 4.0. The data does not include customer information. This step may take a few seconds. Please wait until the loading circle disappears and the Update button turns into gray.
Step 2: Activate the 'Shine Trust Core' extension
Hit the Enable Embed button to activate the “ShineTrust Core” Extension in the dashboard control panel. You must enable it to use the 11 features.
Once these 2 steps are completed, the system will automatically reload to acknowledge the completed update. You can immediately start using the features.
